Uknighted Manganime Life is too short to watch bad anime

I’m really hating my internet right now… I’ve been trying to download the first episode of Gun Parade March for about 3 or 4 days, and i’ve still got 10% to go

The situation in New Zealand, for those that care, is that the majroity of us are on a 256kb\s ‘broadband’ plan, with 128mb upload. Most of us have a 10gb data cap (except for those poor basteds on 1gb). When your download and upload bandwidth goes past this ‘cap’, you get limited down to dial up speed, 56kb\s, or 5kB\s down - max speed.

Anyway, thats why this blog doesn’t attempt to keep up with the other blogs around about. Instead what i try to do is enjoy all the anime i watch, and offer a unique perspective of an ep, or just record a memory of it.

BTW, We just went over 3000 visitors - 3,093 kakkoi!

Ah… black cat. You know, this is getting a lot better then the first episode. They’ve solved the majority of their pacing issues, and what is left is a plus. THe characters are developing, and we’re discoving they’re not the genre standard they seem at first. The whole robot girl learns to be a human, has been done and done, but the device here is well portrayed and Eve is an interesting character. Sven feels just like Vash to me, and indeed, the split second jumbs between comedy and deadly intent feel just like Trigun again (in a good way).

Awwwwww kawaii! Come on, let it out, if you’re watching Petopeto San, i’m sure you all felt the same when you saw this in episode 6 . I’m not sure whats going to happen now…

SPOILER Ep6:having
all the girls comming to stay with the main guy, would normally have be groaning
in agony and the crappyness of it all. However this potencial harem has be grinning like a loon, so its all good

It may eve n be for the best, as i’m almost feeling tired of the show now, so hopefully this twist will spice things up a bit, in a non-corny way.

Ichigo Mashimaro is probably going to end up with the best of the Summer season award from me, its cute, funny, original, and definately worth watching. The manga is really great to read as well. If you liked Azumanga Dioh, watch this ! Its definately on the same level, and AWESOME fun to watch. Good for people of all ages, and what i mean by that is that its suitable for children as well. Don’t show it to non otaku adults, though, as they will think you’re somewhat creepy for enjoying a show about little girls so much ;D.

HAHA this was one of the funnist moments in Futakoi Alternative recently. Unfortunately the story seems to deteriorated from when it first started. I’m not going to go into it, but unless the ending turns surprisingly around, it may end miserably It started so awesomely as well….

Tessa-chan, you were one of my favorite things about FMPTSR, its so sad that TSR finished at only 13 or so episodes I really loved the character development that Tessa and Chidori went through as well. Don’t know about Souskie though, he seems to have gotten worse and worse, i felt like was was watching god damm Shinji again in EVA. I wonder if there will be a TTR (The Third Raid) ? or Fummofu 2? That would soooo own.

Shana is going up and up, I can’t wait for more of this awesome show, everyone should watch it! The guy is a bit of a doink, but Shana totally pwns.
