Saiga, once a war photographer, works for Hibara Ginza in the capitalist state of Tokyo. He infiltrates into Roppongi Club, a secretive base located in the red district area of the city, to collect information about them. However, he was caught in the process and brought forward to a girl called Kagura who was in the midst of a ritual. His contact with Kagura awakens his special ability: the power to make things explode once photographed. In order to unravel the mystery behind the Roppongi Club and Kagura, Sagai begins his solitary battle.

This anime has a quite dark atmosphere, and also there is some rather severe violence, however, not needless or senseless violence.
Saiga is an interesting character, and seems quite well fleshed out and mysterious. Kagura, is kind of like Snow White. Her mother is jelous of her and has been abusing her mentally. Episode 2 tells of her story and is from her perspective..
so far i’ve watched 6 episodes, all build on the plot, and happen rather realistically.
I’m not going to rave on too much about how much i like this series (seeing as theres plenty of other people doing that already

The super powers seem a bit weird, but at least they’re mostly original, or implemented originally, and Saiga’s super power is not all effective.
The music is good, i love the OP and i’m getting quite used to the ED
This is currently my favorite of this season, and i reccomend taking a look at it….
Reminds me of:
Gantz’s interesting story, Cowboy Bebop’s coolness
